Two Duck Inn is a beautiful island- style studio within 5 minutes walk of Kailua Beach.

Situated in a tropical garden, with a private entrance and private lanai, the studio is part of a beautiful  home in a quiet neighborhood, and has use of a shared pool. Pool hours are from 9:30am-5:30pm daily, when the owners are seldom there.

The property is on Kainui Drive, also known as "Duck Road", which is home to about sixty pond ducks and a short walk away from local restaurants and a grocery store.

There is a queen bed,  a bathroom with shower, plus shared outdoor shower. Boogie boards, snorkels, beach chairs & mats, beach towels, and coolers are included.

A very cute and affordable studio complete with kitchenette and beach equipment.

$105 per night,  $2,000 per month, for up to 2 people.
3 night minimum stay.
Prices are subject to 11.67% transient tax.

Payment
50% of the total rental amount is due on booking.
Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted.
Personal checks accepted more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of the booking date the reservation deposit will not be refunded unless the studio is re-rented, in which case a refund will be given for the nights re-rented, minus a 10% cancellation fee ($50 minimum).

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $35, payable 30 days before arrival by traveler's check, cashiers check or money order.
