Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Credit cards, traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted. Personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date or within 45 days of your arrival date, payments will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
