Clean and comfortably furnished, this apartment is a private, spacious, one-bedroom, tree top apartment, with cool breezes, spectacular views, and fragrant plumeria that can be picked from the edge of your deck (during the summer months).

The apartment has a a well-equipped kitchen area complete with refrigerator and sink, a private bathroom with bathtub and shower, and an air-conditioned bedroom with king-sized bed.

A comfortable queen size air mattress can also be provided to accommodate extra guests in the living room.

This apartment is just steps from a bike path that runs along the edge of the Kawainui Marsh. The marsh stretches from the bike path back towards the Koolau mountain range and provides the opportunity to spot all kinds of wildlife. There is also a children’s park within easy walking distance, which has a playground with swings.

$95 per night for up to 2 people.
$10/night per additional person, up to 4 people.
3 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 13.962% transient tax.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted, personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation 45 days prior to your arrival date or within 45 days of your arrival date, payments will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $60, also due 45 days before arrival.
