Rates
$135 per night for up to 2 people.
$125 per night for bookings 7 nights or more.
3 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 11.67% transient tax.

Payment
A reservation deposit of 20% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted, personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will not be refunded unless the cottage is re-rented, in which case there will be a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the cottage is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $45 for bookings less than 5 nights, payable on arrival in cash or travellers checks.
