Rates
$950 - $1600/night for up to 10 guests.
This property only accepts one booking per month, so the longer you stay the lower the rate. Please call for a custom quote based on number of people, time of year and length of stay.
10 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 13.962% transient tax.
There is also a 3.5% processing fee for credit card payments
(none for checks or bank wire transfers).

Payment
A reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
All major credit cards accepted with a 4% processing fee. Also personal checks, traveler's checks, cashiers checks, money orders or bank wire transfers.

Damage Deposit
There is a $2000 refundable damage deposit, paid by check or bank wire transfer 60 days before arrival. To be refunded within 14 days of departure, less damage and loss, if applicable.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to the booking date monies will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date or within 60 days of your arrival date you will forfeit all payments.

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $600, payable by check or credit card 60 days prior to arrival and refunded within 10 days of departure.
