Rates
Jan 5 - Dec 20: $145 per night, $965 per week for up to 4 people.
Dec 21 - Jan 4: $155/night for up to 4 people.
5 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 11.41% transient tax.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted, personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date or more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation 31-59 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date or within 30 days of your arrival date, payments will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Damage Deposit
There is a $130 refundable damage deposit payable by traveler’s check, cashiers check or money order due 30 days before arrival. Personal check o.k. if written on a US bank.

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $85 due 30 days before arrival payable by traveler’s check, cashiers check or money order. Personal check o.k. if written on a US bank.
