Rates
Jan 5 - Dec 20: $145 per night, $965 per week for up to 4 people.
Dec 21 - Jan 4: $155/night for up to 4 people.
5 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 11.67% transient tax.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted, personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the apartment is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).

Damage Deposit
There is a $130 refundable damage deposit payable by traveler’s check, cashiers check or money order due 30 days before arrival. Personal check o.k. if written on a US bank.

There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $85 due 30 days before arrival payable by traveler’s check, cashiers check or money order. Personal check o.k. if written on a US bank.
