Mala Pua Hale is a quiet, comfortable family home with views of the dramatic Koolau mountains & lush tropical gardens. Located in an upscale residential neighborhood only 7 minutes drive to Lanikai and Kailua beaches, it is the perfect place for family gatherings with 2 lanais, a den, BBQ, fully-equipped kitchen, A/C and laundry facilities. Even high speed internet is included!

A peaceful and safe vacation getaway with private yard for the children to play in while you relax on a chaise lounge on the lanai. Soak up the sun, feel the gentle trade winds on your face and enjoy the serene garden setting!

Large enough for six adults, plus several children, this breezy open-plan house was designed by the late Vladimir Ossipoff, an award-winning Hawaii architect. Features include beamed ceilings, teak and tropical wood furniture, a tile-floored dining/family room, a full living room with TV/DVD player, an extra sitting area, a separate laundry room, and ceiling fans throughout.

The master bedroom has a private bath and windows opening to an enclosed garden, a queen four-poster bed, mirrored closet doors and air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and looks out on the garden, the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and there is an additional queen futon in the living room.

Rates Jan 5 - Feb 29: $295 per night, $1,980 per week. Mar 1 - June 15: $290 per night, $1870 per week. June 16 - Aug 31: $310 per night, $2090 per week. Sept 1 - Dec 20: $290 per night, $1870 per week. Dec 21 - Jan 4: $415 per night, $2860 per week. All rates are for up to 8 people 7 night minimum stay. Rates are subject to 13.962% transient tax.
. Payment Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted, personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.
. Cancellation Policy If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date or more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum). If you cancel your reservation 31-59 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date or within 30 days ofyour arrival date, payments will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
. Damage Deposit There is a $265 refundable damage deposit, payable by check on arrival.
. Other Charges There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $135. .
