Makana's Place is a VERY spacious one bedroom, one bathroom home only five minutes drive from Kailua beach.  With over 1400 sq ft of living space it is equivalent in size to a three bedroom home and, in addition to the queen bed in the bedroom, there is a queen sofabed, a twin punae bed, a twin roll-out bed and a full futon that can all be used in the living room.

Beautifully decorated with quality furniture, Makana’s Place has a full kitchen and newly-installed central air-conditioning.  Beach equipment and fresh flowers are provide for your enjoyment.  It has a fenced-in back yard, making it a great choice for families with children.

Rates
$165 per night for up to 6 people.
3 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 11.67% transient tax.

Payment
A reservation deposit of 40% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted. No personal checks.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the booking date monies will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or within 30 days of the booking date you will be charged for 1 night plus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation within 10 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the house is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Damage Deposit
There is a $300 refundable damage deposit, due by check 45 days before arrival.

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $75, to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Hawaii time is 2 hours behind California and 5 hours behind New York in the Winter changing to 3 and 6 hours in the Summer.
