Jan 5 - Feb 29: $295 per night, $1,980 per week.
Mar 1 - June 15: $290 per night, $1870 per week.
June 16 - Aug 31: $310 per night, $2090 per week.
Sept 1 - Dec 20: $290 per night, $1870 per week.
Dec 21 - Jan 4: $415 per night, $2860 per week.
All rates are for up to 8 people
7 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 11.67% transient tax.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted, personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the house is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).

Damage Deposit
There is a $250 refundable damage deposit.
