Rates
Jan 5 - Feb 29: $295 per night, $1,980 per week.
Mar 1 - June 15: $290 per night, $1870 per week.
June 16 - Aug 31: $310 per night, $2090 per week.
Sept 1 - Dec 20: $290 per night, $1870 per week.
Dec 21 - Jan 4: $415 per night, $2860 per week.
All rates are for up to 8 people
7 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 13.962% transient tax.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Traveler's & cashiers checks, money orders and PayPal accepted, personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date or more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation 31-59 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date or within 30 days of your arrival date, payments will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
