Rates
$150 per night, $950 a week, for up to 2 people.
$175/night, $1050 a week, for up to 3 people.
$200 per night, $1250 a week, for up to 4 people.
Maximum of one child accepted. Children need to be able to swim or young enough that they cannot walk/crawl.
$10 extra per night for use of hot tub, available evenings only 6-9pm.
3 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 11.41% transient tax.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking payable by credit card, check or money order.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Credit cards, traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted, personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation within 45 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the apartment is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).

Damage Deposit
There is a $300 refundable damage deposit payable in cash or money order on arrival.

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $65 for stays under a week, payable in cash or money order on arrival.
