Kanela Kai ( ‘ocean canal’) is a 275 sq ft studio attached to a canal-front home in Kailua. It has a private entrance, A/C, kitchenette, private bathroom with tub and shower, and king-sized bed with 300 count cotton sheets.

Located approximately 1 mile from Kailua Beach and about 1.5 miles from the center of  Kailua town, this bright and cheerful studio looks out onto a charming tropical garden.

Breakfast items sufficient for two mornings are supplied (including fresh island fruits) and beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are available.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% is required upon booking by money order or travelers checks
(personal check acceptable if 30 days prior to check in date).
Balance is due on arrival in cash or travelers checks only.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of the booking date the reservation deposit will not be refunded unless the studio is re-rented, in which case a refund will be given for those nights re-rented, minus a 10% cancellation fee ($50 minimum).
