Rates
$299 per night for up to 6 people
$399 per night at Christmas.
3 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 11.962% transient tax.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 25% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted, personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the house is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $150, payable by check 60 days before arrival.
