The Mountain Side unit of Kailua Oceanfront Hideaway has a partial view of the ocean from the master bedroom and the other rooms have views of the spectacular Ko’olau mountains. It has a separate entrance and the owners also live on the property. There are 2 upstairs bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and A/C throughout. There is a covered lanai with gas BBQ and table and chairs, the yard is completely fenced in, and there is plenty of parking.

The Hideaway is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and the beach in front is secluded with wild surf, so it is rare to see anything other than the beautiful view! You can soak up the sun on your "almost private beach" and relax with a drink while you watch the waves roll in. Swimming is only minutes away at Kailua Beach and Turtle Beach is two blocks away - a little-known area where you can always see turtles in the shallows.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 25% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Credit cards, traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders
accepted. Personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date or within 60 days of your arrival date, payments will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
