Rates
SPECIAL FROM SEPT-DEC 2010: $175 per night
October - February: $220 per night for up to 8 people.
March - September: $260/night for up to 8 people.
Christmas and Thanksgiving: $280/night for up to 8 people.
4 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 13.962% transient tax.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted, personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the house is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked, minus a 10% cancellation fee ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Damage Deposit
There is a $250 refundable damage deposit.
