Rates
October - February: $280 per night for up to 10 people.
March - September: $320 per night for up to 10 people.
4 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 11.67% transient tax.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted, personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation within 45 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the house is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked, minus a 10% cancellation fee ($50 minimum).

Damage Deposit
There is a $350 refundable damage deposit.

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $125.
