Holiday Palms is a newly remodeled, 600 sq ft, one bedroom cottage, steps from beautiful Kailua Beach. Tucked away amid tropical palm trees, with your own shady patio and private gated entrance and use of the owner’s pool!
A clean and comfortable cottage with brand new amenities: air-conditioning in the bedroom, ceiling fans throughout, high speed wireless internet, flat screen TV, maple kitchen cabinets, cool tile floors.....you will also have use of the swimming pool! (photos coming soon).
The bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and is furnished with stylish bamboo furniture, one queen size bed and one single bed. Futons are available for extra guests.

Rates
Jan 10 - March 31: $125 per night for up to 4 people
April 1 - Dec 20: $110 per night for up to 4 people
Dec 21 - Jan 9: $140 per night for up to 4 people
3 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 13.962% transient tax.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Credit cards, traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted. Personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date the reservation deposit will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
