Rates
Single Family: 2 adults and up to 4 children:
14-20 nights $825 per night
21-30 nights $750 per night
31-60 nights $650 per night
61-90 nights $525 per night
91 nights & longer $400 per night
Multi-Family: 4 adults and up to 4 children:
Add $100 per night per adult and per child over 4.
Additional guests must be approved by owner.
Holiday season (December 19 to January 5): add an additional 10%
14 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 11.67% transient tax.
*For personal safety and liability purposes, children must be able to swim.

Payment
A reservation deposit of 40% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted. No personal checks.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to the booking date monies will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date or within 60 days of your arrival date you will forfeit all payments.

Damage Deposit
There is a $1000 refundable damage deposit, paid by check or credit card 60 days before arrival. To be refunded within 14 days of departure, less damage and loss caused by lessee, if applicable. The damage deposit will be forfeited by lessee if the number of guests staying in the home exceeds the number of registered guests.

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $400, paid by check or charge due 45 days prior to arrival.
