Rates
Single Family (2 adults and up to 4 children): $700 per night
Multi-Family (up to 8 adults): $700 per night.
Add $100 per night per adult and per child over 4.
Additional guests must be approved by owner
Holiday season (December 19 to January 5): $770/night
.7 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 13.962% transient tax.
For personal safety and liability purposes children must be able to swim.

Payment
A reservation deposit of 40% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Visa, MC and Discover accepted. Also traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders. No personal checks.

Damage Deposit
There is a $1500 refundable damage deposit, paid by check or credit card 60 days before arrival. To be refunded within 14 days of departure, less damage and loss, if applicable. Parties of 4 or more adults require an additional $1000 deposit, making the total $2,500.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to the booking date monies will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date or within 60 days of your arrival date you will forfeit all payments.

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $550, payable by check or credit card 60 days prior to arrival.
