Rates are subject to 13.962% transient tax plus a 2.5% processing fee for credit card payments.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival.
Visa, MC, or money orders accepted, personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
There is a $100 charge for cancellations made at any time, and cancellations made within 45 days of arrival shall forfeit all payments excluding cleaning fees and security deposit.

Damage Deposit
There is a $4000 refundable damage deposit payable by credit card or money order 45 days before arrival. Personal check accepted if more than 30 days prior to arrival.
