This beautiful 360 sq ft studio is located in a quite area close to Kailua beach, shopping centers and bus stop. It has a heated swimming pool with exercise bars, and tropical gardens surround an outdoor sitting area with a retractable awning.  This studio has it’s own private entrance and off street parking.

Features include air-conditioning, a specially-made oversized double bed, private bathroom with shower, a kitchenette/dining area with tiled floor, living area, ceiling fans, and high speed internet access.

There is a book library available for your reading pleasure and beach equipment is provided.

$80 per night for up to 2 people.
3 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 12.86% transient tax.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted, personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the booking date the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of the booking date you will not be refunded unless the apartment is re-rented, in which case you will be refunded for those nights re-booked minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking amount ($50 minimum).

Hawaii time is 2 hours behind California and 5 hours behind New York in the Winter changing to 3 and 6 hours in the Summer.
