This home has two communal spaces - a spacious ‘family room’ that looks out onto the pool and a comfortable adjoining living room. Ideal for adults and kids! There is now outdoor dining furntiture on the deck - photo coming soon.
The bedrooms are located at the back of the house - two have their own private bathrooms, and one of the bedrooms opens out onto the pool.
Gorgeous Kailua Beach is a 1 or 2 minute walk away.

Rates
$500 per night for up to 6 people.
$25/night per additional guest.
$580 per night Dec 15 - Jan 3.
3 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 13.962% transient tax plus a 2.5% processing fee for credit card payments.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 40% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival.
Credit cards, traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders
accepted. Personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation 45 days prior to your arrival date or within 45 days of your arrival date, payments will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $350 and a fully-refundable $1500 security deposit, both payable 45 days before arrival
