$299 per night for up to 2 people.
$10/night per additional person.
6 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 13.962% transient tax.

Payment
Reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted.
Personal checks accepted if more than 30 days prior to arrival.
Credit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee (Visa & MC)

Cancellation Policy
Monies will only be refunded for nights re-booked.

Damage Deposit
For guests paying by credit card, there is no damage deposit. If you are paying by check then there is a refundable $500 damage deposit payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Other Charges
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $225, payable 30 days before arrival by traveler’s check, cashiers check or money order 30 days before arrival. Personal check OK if more than 30 days prior to arrival.
